About Us

The Event Professionals, Ghana is a membership service organization, designed to increase awareness of the event business and improve the professionalism and credibility of members. The idea was conceived to setup a Ghanaian association that will help protect the event industry partners and improve the quality of services to all clients.


  • Streamline the events industry by ensuring that ethics and standards of the profession are adhered to.
  • Ensure the advancement of the events industry in Ghana according to the highest standards.
  • Strengthen the events industry through training and conferences.
  • Educate members and the general public on all matters involving the events industry as well as best practices.
  • Working relationship with clients and Event Professionals.
  • Promote cordial, effective and efficient inter-relations of all stakeholders in the events industry.
  • Recognise the contribution of industry professionals to bring some level of aspiration and standard in the industry.
  • Lobby for legislation and other concerns in the interest of the association.
  • Support any other cause which the Events Pro as a body shall deem necessary.

Code of Ethics

  • Represent each client fairly and honestly, providing all agreed to services in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Establish reasonable and proper fees for services and provide written estimates to each client.
  • Use honest, factual advertising.
  • Deal with employees fairly, in an unbiased manner.
  • Operate a business that is a credit to the Association and the community
